Refund policy

At Arc Attire, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges subject to the following terms:

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not qualify for exchange.

  • Any claim regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 3 days of delivery for online orders.

  • Once a claim is reviewed and approved, Arc Attire may issue a replacement item, store credit, or an online-use coupon of equivalent value, depending on availability.

  • Items purchased during promotional campaigns, sales, or discounted offers will be exchanged based on the current selling price, not the original purchase price.

  • Certain products may be excluded from exchange eligibility where specified at the time of purchase.

  • Exchange processing typically requires 7–14 business days, depending on inspection and delivery timelines.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders exceeding PKR 20,000, a partial advance payment may be requested to confirm the order.

Online Orders — Exchange Procedure

You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order through either of the following methods:

Option 1: Courier Collection Service

For your convenience, we can arrange pickup and delivery through our courier partner.

Please provide:

  • Full Name

  • Complete Address

  • Contact Number

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the item showing its current condition, tags attached, and original packaging

Note: A second exchange request for the same order will incur a service fee of PKR 500.

Option 2: Self-Shipment

You may send the item back to us using a reliable and traceable courier service (such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.).

Please ensure the parcel includes:

  • Original order details or invoice

  • Product with tags attached

  • Original packaging

  • Your name, contact number, and exchange request details
