At ARC Attire, we design every piece to be worn with confidence — and we want you to feel just as confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

🏭 Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our garments. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect:

  • Report it within 14 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the defect, along with original tags and packaging
  • Our quality team will inspect and verify the claim
  • Verified defects qualify for a refund or exchange

Note: Normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or incorrect washing are not classified as manufacturing defects.

📏 Size Exchange

Ordered the wrong fit? We've got you.

  • One-time size exchange available within 14 days of delivery (subject to stock)
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact
  • If your size isn't available, choose another size or receive a refund—at ARC Attire's discretion

✅ Exchange Eligibility

To qualify, items must be

  • Unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Free of stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear

Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible.

🔁 Exchange Limit

  • Only one exchange per order
  • Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again

🏷️ Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect reported within the stated timeframe.

🔍 Quality Inspection

Every request goes through inspection by our quality team. ARC Attire reserves the right to approve or decline requests that don't meet the above conditions.

ℹ️ Good to Know

  • Requests made after the 14-day window will not be accepted
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Please pack returns securely—we're not responsible for transit damage caused by inadequate packaging
  • This policy may be updated at ARC Attire's discretion without prior notice
