Refund policy
At Arc Attire, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges subject to the following terms:

We do not offer cash refunds.

Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not qualify for exchange.

Any claim regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 3 days of delivery for online orders.

Once a claim is reviewed and approved, Arc Attire may issue a replacement item, store credit, or an online-use coupon of equivalent value, depending on availability.

Items purchased during promotional campaigns, sales, or discounted offers will be exchanged based on the current selling price, not the original purchase price.

Certain products may be excluded from exchange eligibility where specified at the time of purchase.

Exchange processing typically requires 7–14 business days, depending on inspection and delivery timelines.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders exceeding PKR 20,000, a partial advance payment may be requested to confirm the order.

You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order through either of the following methods:

Note: A second exchange request for the same order will incur a service fee of PKR 500.
Option 2: Self-Shipment
You may send the item back to us using a reliable and traceable courier service (such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.).
