Refund policy

At Arc Attire, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or you need a different size, we're happy to assist in accordance with the policy below.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect:

  • Report the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the defect, along with the original tags and packaging.

  • All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

  • Verified manufacturing defects are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or incorrect washing is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Size Exchange

Ordered the wrong size? No problem.

  • We offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available size or receive your payment back, at Arc Attire's discretion.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, all items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of use.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for exchange.

Exchange Limit

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

  • Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale, promotional campaign, or at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange.

The only exception is a verified manufacturing defect reported within the specified time frame.

Quality Inspection

Every return or exchange request is inspected by our quality team before approval.

Arc Attire reserves the right to approve or decline any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Additional Information

  • Requests submitted after the stated time period will not be accepted.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Arc Attire reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
