At Arc Attire, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across Pakistan.


Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to residential and commercial addresses throughout Pakistan, including homes, offices, and workplaces.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.


Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within:

  • 3–7 working days under normal circumstances

  • 5–10 working days during promotional campaigns, sales events, or periods of high order volume

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier network delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Order verification requirements

  • Unexpected operational disruptions

For prepaid orders, payment verification may be completed before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available.


Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders across Pakistan.

Arc Attire reserves the right to revise shipping charges or promotional shipping offers at any time. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.


Courier Services

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, we work with trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

  • The courier service may vary depending on your location and order requirements.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your shipment has been dispatched.

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier operations and service availability.


Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery:

  • The courier may contact you using the provided phone number.

  • Additional delivery attempts may be made depending on courier policy.

  • If delivery remains unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to Arc Attire.

Customers may be responsible for any re-shipping charges incurred for returned orders.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

  • Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

  • For selected high-value orders, Arc Attire may require a partial advance payment or order confirmation before dispatch.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or dispatch.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Our team may contact customers to verify order details.

  • Failure to respond to verification calls or messages may result in order cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accommodated.


Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Arc Attire reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product stock unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

  • Failed payment verification

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Technical or operational issues

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the customer will be contacted regarding the appropriate resolution.
